Just speak your usual language, Devon. - the language the audience speak. 
If you go for fancy french pronunciation wyou will "lose" them, so better to 
keep them with you, and listening and enjoying your talk, than have them 
baffled with strange foreign words.
I bet most of them will know the work'Point" (englis) meaning stitch, as I 
expect most of them will be needlecarft people, so educate them into the 
glories of Lace by speaking a language they can understand.
