16th, i.e. 1501 -1599/1600 (last date is debatable,
sorry, but the "last date" isn't debatable. A new century starts with
one not with zero. the celebration of 21. century was one year before
the right beginning.
When we count we doesn't start with zero, one, two and so on we start
with one, two and... and end with ten and the the last zero of 2000
stands for the zeero of 10.
It's not so easy but therefore we have something to think and to debate
about.
