Clay thank you for posting this. It is such a one off and the close ups are
very good. I'm not American but as a Lacemaker, found it fascinating.

I came across a fascinating picture on eBay just now!  There is not much
information about it, but it shows a group of "American Prairie Women",
gathered around a table "quilting bee style", and all making lace!!  Since
there is little in the way of history of lacemaking in the US, I thought
