Hello again
My husband started turning lace bobbins about a year before he went on a
course with David Springett.
Although he did turn Springett bobbins on the course, he developed his
own shape, technique etc.,
but wanted to learn the techniques to make more intricate bobbins.
This year we went again, and he did not turn bobbins at all, but a
Chinese puzzle.

One fine weekend, and I spent it all gardening.

Hi Clay and all
What a can of worms you opened!
Copyright - the way I understand it is that thoughts (ideas) can't be
copyright but once that thought is made tangable (music written down
or recorded, words, house plans recorded etc) then it becomes
copyrightable. Depending on which country you live in decides if the
copyright is automatic (eg Australia) or needs to be registered (eg US)
