I know it is that provider, and they confirmed it. Back when I used to have Comcast as a provider I had issues with receiving e-mail, I neither received them, and most of the time the sender would not get a message that I didn't receive the message. When I confronted customer service, they told me it was a benefit for their customers, because it was meant to prevent spam from getting through. And if I was unhappy with it, they recommended I open a hotmail account. I got tons of spam in my comcast account, just not the messages I did want. But as Clay said, there was not really any other option that did what we needed. When I got really annoyed, I did as they suggested, and went to gmail. Much less spam, and I get the messages I want. :)

As someone on Comcast, I can safely say that the problem is with this provider.
