Since I am one of the other group, I can tell you that yes, the room at the bank is free. It is a community room the bank built special as a service to the community. I happen to be a member of the bank and got my bid in promptly for using the room. It is a fairly well-lit room, lots of tables and chairs we move around to please ourselves. Kitchen right next door we can use too. We do have to arrange our meetings around other organizations who use the room on a regular basis. We don't seem to be able to have a regular meeting day with doctor appointments, business schedules, etc. but when a date all of us can meet is agreed upon, we call and get the room for the day majority of the time.
