Are you sure?  It did not look the same at all, and her name was nowhere 
to be seen, which is odd in a translation.

And if you read what the person who posted this find has to say, "This 
encyclopedia presents crowns for a Baron, a Viscount, a Count, a 
Marquis, and a Duke -- I guess this was the in thing to do at the time 
(see the Encyclopedia by Therese de Dillmont

the pictures of the crowns are not the same as those in Dillmont...  so 
she is comparing the two works, not saying they are the same.
