Over the past few years I have made lace at te library. During the summer I sit in the reading garden near the entrance. In inclement weather I go inside...alternating between the Sci & Tech department...where they keep the lace books...and the Children & Young Adult section. Lots of interesting conversations but no «converts» that I know of.
I have also set up on the outskirts of the weekly Farmers Market with the same results. As I mentioned before, my next sojourn will be the Cleveland Museum of Art somewhere near a painting with lace in it. Don't forsee any difficulties.
