I like this design! It looks like it could be very versatile and it is so lacy it is not quite as icky as a real spider! I'm not sure if as a beginner I would be able to work it, but I think I could try, with a little help.
Liz in sloppy wet and snowy Missouri. I am member of Arachne since year 1999 or 2000 , I do not remember exactly ow if it was Janice Blair who made a spider that shared with the list with a ign of @. his put my mind to think about designing something in Witchstitch lace ( lso called Hinojosa lace) I shared it with the list and this was the result: http://carolgallego.com/arachne.html amara, you were speaking of this design, not from Lenka .In fact I do not emember Lenka's. egards . Carolina. Barcelona. Spain ww.carolgallego.com > Some 10 years ago, Lenka Suchanek (then a member of Arachne list), designed logo for us -- a drawing of an @ sign, with a spider in its center, to be ade in lace of one's choice. This being during the time when my lacemaking ind was still working fine, I made a pricking using that drawing as my basis, nd made a lace piece (kinda-sorta Milanese) on the pricking. Since the ricking is mine, not Lenka's, I don't think there could be any copyright bjection to my sharing it with everyone who'd like to use it. - To unsubscribe send email to [email protected] containing the line: unsubscribe lace [email protected].
