Over the last few weeks there have been changes to several of the other forums that I am subscribed to . It’s because of changes to something called DMARC, which Yahoo and AOL in particular, plus a couple of other ISPs have been implementing, and it’a been causing all sorts of problems for mailing lists, depending on just how the individual lists are set up. It’s something to do with the way it changes the info in the message headers, but one of the family history lists I am subscribed to has resorted to read-only for AOL and Gmail addresses as when they try to post/reply they get unsubscribed and the moderator has to manually re-subscribe them!
I’m guessing here but it may be something to do with those changes. AlI I can suggest is that when messages from Jeri, or anyone else with an AOL email address, is received into your junk email box you mark it as not-junk and hope that your system is able to learn and over-ride any other settings.
