Jacquie, I've just spoken to our experts here at work (the advantage of being rebranded IT) and we've all looked at the LG fb page but can't see the picture. They suggest that you might be able to see it as admin but I can't as a 'normal' (and I use that term loosely) person.
We've use tablet and pc, safari, chrome and IE to look and can't access it.
