Hi Adele, I think it is probably Honiton - the flowers including the thistle are typical as are the leaves with raised work. I’ve never seen quite such a regular ground of picoted bars before but maybe someone was trying to be a bit different! The bird looked familiar and that’s because there’s a very similar one in a Honiton flounce in the Burrell Collection in Glasgow.
