You are very welcome Beth, I really did enjoy the process this time. I spent some time leafing through many patterns and allowed my own likes to decide what to make for you. Making Lace is about indulging ourselves in creating something we think will look pretty and the other person will enjoy and with more time to achieve it all I didn't feel under too much pressure which I do sometimes. I hope you will enjoy seeing it marking your place in a reading book, is you get enough time to sit and read, or to keep the page of a pattern you want to come back to or a technique you find yourself having to revisit on occasion. My exchange gift to me from last year greets me frequently because of where it keeps a page in my diary, I can open a number of books and find a bookmark tucked inside keeping a good page marked for the future.

Hi everyone

I received my bookmark from Sue T today - a very pretty, delicate
torchon pattern in white thread mounted on a red background.

I've not finished the bookmark I'm making for the exchange yet, so I'd
better make the most of the wet weekend the forecasters are promising us...
