Hi, In the back it shows how to order a pricking. Unfortunately the book looks circa 1900 to me so no chance in getting one now!
Making your own from the illustration is all I can suggest. I do it with Battenberg lace patterns but I think the lovely lily lappet would be a little more complicated than patterns I have tried. However if you want a challenge the lappet looks like one!
