Greetings All, I have a question and I'm sure there will be plenty with some sage advice for me.
I will be relocating this summer, from Colorado to Washington (state), and I would like some advice please, on how to best pack a couple of my pillows that have projects in progress on them. We are having a moving company do all of the packing and shipping, as part of my DH's relocation package, and they require that any PBO's remain open so that they can double check contents to ensure that the boxes are correctly packed. I did just think of sandwiching pillows in the folds of some large doonas (comforters), and I have serving tray boxes from the school cafeteria, but has anyone found some good things that work or things to NOT do. The boxes have to go on the truck, and can't go in my van, which will also be shipped. I also have my bobbins to ship, which will go in plastic tubs - the special ones will go in my hand luggage. Many thanks in advance for your advice. I'm sad to be leaving my lace friends in Colorado (but I'm not leaving the group, because my DH's family is here and we'll return a time or 2 during the year), but am looking forward to making new lace friends in and around Seattle. Cheers, and have a great Memorial Day weekend. Helen, Aussie in Denver - To unsubscribe send email to [email protected] containing the line: unsubscribe lace [email protected].
