Yes, it's on page 12 of Ed 5 
'To enlarge/reduce a bobbin lace pattern the formula is: Existing wraps/cm 
divided by required wraps/cm x 100 = % enlargement/reduction.'

36/27 x 100 = 133% so put your pattern onto the photocopier and enlarge by 
133%.  You'll know you've got it right if the copy is 1/3 longer and 1/3 wider 
than the original.
