If anyone really wants this thing to take off, somebody's going to have to figure out a way to address the issues that the normal "every day" administrator is having. I have several issues (several posts) that were entirely ignored. I'm not extremely tech savvy - like most people. Support is very important for initiatives like this to succeed...
