That's a horrible, horrible idea. Can you imagine doing a global search
on tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of different servers?
All Laconica instances support pushing data out to downstream sites. We
can do it with a dedicated XMPP feed, or using "ping" services like
pingorati or Google's ping.
There are at least a few global search sites; we should use those rather
than trying to search across all servers.
