AD/Samba 4 provides both object classes. So you can use them out-of-the-box.
There are small differences regarding e.g. OpenLDAP like homeDirectory
is unixHomeDirectory in AD.

Use these account modules for Unix on AD:

Users: Unix (posixAccount)
Groups: Unix (windowsPosixGroup)
