LAM itself will always add the object classes because in my opinion this
is much more clean. They will not be harmful.

add and is not required.
You could end up with the ludicrous situation that most users etc. get
added from ADUC and do not have the posix objectClasses, whilst others
that are added by lam do have the posix objectClasses, anything that
relies on these objectClasses will only find those objects added by lam,
ignoring the majority.
In my opinion, (for what it is worth) any tool that connects to an AD
server, must do so by Microsoft's rules, in this case, no posix
objectClasses.
