Yes. The only reason why I have not yet filed a phabricator task for the creation of the wiki is that I am waiting for an EDP about local uploads to be finished, so that the new wiki can be created with "local uploads enabled" (< https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikisource_Javanese#Settings >).
