I would really be glad to participate and take part in the committee's discussions, but I do not know what is the current procedure. My understanding is that once you think a language version in the incubator starts coming closer to have its own project, you discuss it in an email thread. did I understand correctly? In case this is the procedure, are there any criteria I need to look into before giving my opinion?
