Hi
While using Language Tool on my wife's book, I noticed that all

Hi
Correct would be "fiancé" (male) or "fiancée" (female) and not
fiancee or fianceé as written above.
I cut and pasted that from yahoo answers so considering the source, it
being wrong doesn't surprise me. :)
My wife's spelling came from MS-Word. I just checked and it auto-corrected
to Fiancé.
Another one from my wife's book is "auld lang syne". No surprise that
each word is considered a spelling error. Can the phrase be accepted before
checking individual words?
And my favorite suggestion was "the saw" for "he saw". This was the
sentence:
"But there was a fire burning inside him ever since he saw those
pictures on her camera."
I don't know if fire burning implies wood which implies you need the saw. :)
I just thought is was a funny suggestion. I have no idea if that is even
worth
considering except as an amusing example of not trusting computers.
Having said that, I see that the English spelling
checker proposes the incorrect suggestion *fiancee* for
the correct word "fiancée". So there is a bug indeed.
Bug happens with the en-US checker only. The en-GB checker is fine.
Great!
I noticed you all were a GSOC project. Has anyone attended the mentor
summit in the past? I was surprised to trip across your project and not
have noticed it in GSOC before. RTEMS has done the past 5 years.
Thank you very much!
