About case:

In Dutch, DVD is a undesirable way to write dvd; Dvd at the start of a
sentence. Camelwords are proper names most of the time.
Nieuw-Zeeland is one word, and correct. As is auto-deur.

As far as I am concerned, for any word, only a first-uppered form is
acceptable as a variant of any firstlowe word. Any other case schould have
no automated variants, but rely on the dictionary.
