Should it be escaped because it is in a Java properties file? Then, to 
my understanding, Transifex should escape it automatically. If it needs 
to be escaped to be valid HTML, you should escape it inside Transifex 
(e.g. '). Maybe you can give an example that currently doesn't work 
properly.
