It's unlikely that the wiki will be upgraded to Moin 1.5 before that version is in Ubuntu stable. But for the time being, you can try installing the Moin desktop edition[1] and editing your page offline using the WYSIWYG editor, then copying the code to the Ubuntu wiki.
