Build ID was wrong for mac and windows (Linux build I'd is correct).
This is what I am trying to fix, not the version. The build ID is
crucial, to me at least, as it is the only way I know to tell if a
particular svn change is in the build. The build ID is supposed to
consist of the branch name and the last change in the branch that was
used to make the build. It is NOT supposed to be the version, since
the version only changes when we make a release.
