question: when you say to create linked folders for

   - "LPS_HOME/WEB-INF/lps/server/src" -> "server-src"
   - "LPS_HOME/WEB-INF/lps/server/build.1.5/src" -> "gen-src"
   - "LPS_HOME/WEB-INF/lib" -> "lib"
   - "LPS_HOME/WEB-INF/3rd-party/jars/dev" -> "lib-3rd-party"
   - "LZ_VENDOR_ROOT" -> "vendor"

Do you need to substitute in an actual path for "LPS_HOME" in that pathname
or can you literally enter
LPS_HOME/WEB-INF/lps/server/src  ?
