In an earlier step variables for LPS_HOME and LZ_VENDOR_ROOT were created:
Right click on the project and select "Properties", go to "Resources -> Linked Resources", select
"Path Variables" and click on "New"
Add variables for "LPS_HOME" and "LZ_VENDOR_ROOT", these should match the
environment variables you've already set earlier

So you can literally write "LPS_HOME".

question: when you say to create linked folders for

    * "LPS_HOME/WEB-INF/lps/server/src" -> "server-src"
    * "LPS_HOME/WEB-INF/lps/server/build.1.5/src" -> "gen-src"
    * "LPS_HOME/WEB-INF/lib" -> "lib"
    * "LPS_HOME/WEB-INF/3rd-party/jars/dev" -> "lib-3rd-party"
    * "LZ_VENDOR_ROOT" -> "vendor"

Do you need to substitute in an actual path for "LPS_HOME" in that
pathname or can you literally enter
LPS_HOME/WEB-INF/lps/server/src  ?

    I've added a little how-to for building the server from within
