For the PhoneGap/Apache Callback project, IBM is one of the
co-sponsors, as Arstechnica reported:
http://arstechnica.com/open-source/news/2011/10/phonegap-to-become-an-apache-project-as-adobe-acquires-nitobi.ars
"Adobe and Nitobi are moving PhoneGap to the non-profit Apache
Software Foundation (ASF), where it will be developed as an Apache
Incubator project called Callback. The proposal—which is still be
reviewed by the ASF—is cosponsored by IBM, another major PhoneGap
contributor. Coordinating future PhoneGap development through the ASF
will ensure that the project continues to benefit from an open
governance model."
