Hmm, I suppose that's not too difficult to do. Although I'm not
convinced that arbitrary boundaries is any harder (though obviously
we'd need icons, so I guess it entails some extra effort).

An initial bug heat calculation run is now in progress on staging, so
we should have some idea what constitutes a hot bug once that's
finished.
