Instead of assuming a negative attitude, we should assume a positive attitude: i.e. "wow, look, there're all these cool changes Ubuntu translators are doing, how do I get to them?". Upstreams have been asking for exactly that, and it provides with a very nice symmetry between the two (or rather, equivalency instead of symmetry, since columns on both productseries and sourcepackage page can be titled "Changed in Ubuntu"). Just like we should allow 'changed in Ubuntu' exports from upstream projects directly.
