The Ubuntu changes also show up as new suggestions, where an upstream maintainer has easy control over them. We can keep the Changed column in addition to that, but it does fly in the face of a number of other strong criticisms we've seen.
If we want to show "changed in Ubuntu" for upstream translations, as opposed to "changed compared to Ubuntu," we'll either have to teach the statistics query to ignore divergences when looking at upstream-side POFiles, or treat diverged messages as a separate category. We'll have to do the same thing with the changed-in-ubuntu exports. Neither is particularly difficult, though we may have to restructure some tests.
