One idea occured to me, that I will also be adding to instructions on how to file a bug, is letting people know that not every bug triager / question answerer is paid to work on Ubuntu and that the community is largely made up of volunteers. I have occasionally seen bug reports where the reporter is upset and or disrespectful to triagers and this may help discourage some of that negative attitude. Thanks, -- Brian Murray
