Actually, it IS in dispute with respect to whether Clinton summoned Jones
to his hotel room. The trooper claims that Jones approached HIM and said
she'd like to meet Clinton.
I compliment you on the use of "alleged" in your post, however. And
based on Judge Wright's decision it looks like that was a very narrow
alleged that Jones was walking on.
