Hi Sue :)

I am surprised the father only found one dead, usually the mother will
set it up that someone else finds the baby or is with them when they
"discover" the baby dead, as a witness. Good ole CYA in action.

I also looked for the transcripts and they didn't have them up, it's
possible they aren't going to put them on line I would hope they do, but
we'll see.

I do agree it would be an interesting trial, especially concerning the
expert witnesses and the testimony they would give concerning the
advancement that has been made in this field of study. OTOH I wouldn't
be surprised if she doesn't try to make a plea bargain, probably the
best thing for her.

Concerning trials the Strohmeyer trial starts April 20th, for those who
don't remember that is the case of the boy who killed the little girl in
Las Vegas while her father was gambling, I have been expecting a delay
in the trial yet so far it's still on the schedule, CTV has lost the bid
to televise the trial, though they are appealing the verdict. One of the
reasons that was given is that Leslie Abramson works as a commentator
for Court TV and the judge fears that could impact the cable network's
coverage. And that CTV covering the trial "may make her feel
self-conscious" (Give me a break!) Leslie has never felt self conscious
about anything! LOL Yet I doubt this ruling will be overturned.

IMHO this is a cut and dry case, due to the fact Strohmeyer made three
confessions and the judge is allowing those into the trial, plus he also
told numerous friends he killed her. Yet with Leslie on the defense I'm
sure she has a couple of aces up her sleeve.
