It does seem like an open and shut case, but with Leslie in charge,
anything is possible.

BTW the mother lost her lawsuit against her employer saying that this
was all his fault for transferring her to Japan.  

I hope that the Noe case does go to trial, there are alot of things that
were brought up that make me think that they just might.  They said that
the mother had a 5th grade education, and a very low IQ.  Also that they
were devotedly religious and felt it was their calling to keep having
children.  Even when they kept dying.

I sent a note to Dateline asking for the transcripts, but so far have
heard nothing.  :(  They have every one of the segments on there except
that one.
