House Speaker Newt Gingrich warned President Clinton Monday "no one
will be above the law" when special prosecutor Kenneth Starr
completes his investigation this summer. "I think any honest
American, when the evidence comes in this summer, is going to reach
the conclusion that there is a great deal the American people need to
know," Gingrich said. "No one is above the law." Gingrich spoke in
Georgia after qualifying to run for re-election to the congressional
seat he has held since 1978. "There is no question there are very,
very serious allegations, starting with $700,000 being paid to
(Webster) Hubbell, who is a convicted felon," Gingrich said.
