Hi Jackie:
You have certainly brought up some very valid points.
Her husband was found in a forest with the gun in his lap and a bullet
in his head. :(
She didn't say that she was worried or anything about her husband's
whereabouts did she. Just that she didn't know where he was.
And you are also right about the fact that she and her husband had been
friends with the Clinton's for years. That being so, you would think
that she would have at least heard about his skirt chasing from mutual
friends if nothing else. That type of thing does tend to get around,
especially within a group of friends.
I honestly believe that some of the things that these women are saying
are true. But I also believe that the stories are being made into soap
operas as you say.
What I don't under stand about the whole thing is why in the world, if
he was screwing around with these women, he didn't just say he was in
the first place. All the polls show that the majority of the American
people just don't care about his sex life. They are only interested in
what he does as far as running the country.
Now he has said in a depo that he has done nothing illicit (which I
guess could be in the eyes of the beholder) and they are going to nail
him if they can prove differently. Which I honestly don't think that
they can prove a darned thing on that one.
Paula Jones has changed her story more often than some people change
their socks, and her "people" are not that much better. Now there is
money being spent on dresses, makeovers, hotel rooms, etc that was
earmarked from donations for legal expenses.
Monica was a consensual sex thing, if there ever was a sex thing.
But this one *if* true could get him, on sexual assault if nothing else.
I dunno, I really thought she came across very well, but now with
everything that is coming out, and thinking of what you said, I have to
really think about it.
My question is how is anyone going to prove it one way or the other. I
wish she would say something about the book deal, and also those
letters.
