Don't know what you're watching, but the networks are saying they won't even
start human testing until roughly a year from now.  They have to make enough
of the drug first, and I gather it isn't all that easy.
Hoax?  I don't think so.  If some gullible people are overestimating the
outcomes, that's not the fault of the researchers.
As nearly as I can see, IF it works it will work only on solid tumors, and
only on the specific tumors that are treated.  That says, find the primary
before it mets, and hope for the best.  At that, it's better than what we have
now.
