Yes , because many of the subscribers of this mailing list do not have
their English as a mother language and not experts on use of English .
This is easily understood from their English usage style .
For that reason , we should be forgiving as much as possible when
encounter a HIGH tone of voice and attribute this not to an action
toward us but an erroneous English usage unless a rude and unacceptable
language is used .
