Yep !
Seemingly not doable at the moment. The LCL _could_ be updated to be
reentrant, but if the Widget Set it binds to does not provide decent
support, there is no need to try :-(
But the LCL isn't in a position to try to hack around underlying
limitations of the widget set and X.
Been there (with Windows/Delphi/VCL) and gave up.
