If you can find out if all mirrors have PHP-Support it would make the
work more easy.

You could search for Templates on the Internet, there are many
free-ones.
Then we can use one or adapt one to your tast or your needs.

Here an example - homepage I found:

these templates include a css and a layout. So we only have to change
the things you dont like.
I think this is the fastest solution in your case.

I am using Linux only to compile. I proud to be win-free for about 2
years now :)

My goal is to have svn-Repositories for my projects.
And any mechanism to compile for every plattform and widgetsets
supported by FPC / Lazarus. 
But I think this is a really hard to do if its possible at all.
