It does size
Likewize timage.Picture.Canvas.StretchDraw seems not to work as advertized.
Images loaded which are larger than the TImage default size is therefore
cropped instead of the image resising to show them in full.
hmm... the otherway around works, smaller images are blown up :)
This is new as the code definitely worked with previous lazarus versions.
Yes, ythat part got rewritten, probably a wrong compare.
