You are not missing a unit, you have a conflict between the definition of an event in the form file and the actual. event handler in the unit file. I've run across this on a couple of occasions and the only what I have found to resolve the issue was to open the form file and determine which assigned event in the form file does not have a corresponding handler in the unit file.
