Thanks for the suggestion. the editor of the record in our case are
foreigners who rarely misspell their locality however the query
interface users are the group that constantly misspell. Thus I don't
need to maintain locality list for those who create the records. But
it's a good recommendation to be taken into account.

I just had a look at it and find it extremely useful for several my
