Well, I'd like to point out that some of us wouldn't have to wear ties at all ;) Skirts are much more comfortable.
Seriously, give the guys (and ladies) at the Church Office Building a break. Those of us who have worked in development at any large company knows the difficulties that come with size. Some things get tied up in red tape, other things are released under par, but each person individually is doing their best. We need to be patient and understanding, and also appreciative when good things are released.
