Well, there's the problem: None is ubiquitous enough.

CDROM: Fine, but most don't have burners, and very inconvenient
to re-burn everytime; suggestions for this have been to use a
combo CD and floppy together. That might work...for those who
don't have a burner, somebody (me?) can burn & sell cheaply. ;)

LS-120/Zip: Can be difficult for users; not bootable on the
sort of boxes used with LRP; would work in a similar scheme
as described above for CD, but expensive drives and media.
