It would be nice to see what your end results are.

Is there an alternative media we can use (other than floppy) that is 
ubiquitous enough and larger than floppy for a glibc 2.1 LEAF?  
Perhaps CDROM is the ticket, eh?  Or perhaps LS-120 disks or Zip 
Disks...
