How did you manage to get everything so small? Your initrd.gz + root.lrp weigh in at 742,530 bytes, which is considerably less than the 835,457 of my current root.lrp (lrp 2.9.8 based, with linux 2.2.18).
Ah, I see you've used libc 2.0.7. The disk booted on one computer but not another.
